GOALTECH Industries is a Chennai-based precision manufacturing company established in 2020 and operating from the Ambattur Industrial Estate. Since inception, we have focused on delivering high-quality press tools, jigs & fixtures, gauges, progressive tools, and CNC machined components for OEM and industrial customers.
Our manufacturing facility spans 10,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with advanced CNC Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), Wire Cut EDM machines, surface grinding machines, milling machines, and lathe turning equipment. This infrastructure allows us to handle complex tooling and component manufacturing requirements with precision and reliability.

Founded — Press Tool Manufacturing Begins
GOALTECH Industries was established at Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, with a focus on precision press tool manufacturing. The facility commenced production of draw tools, blanking tools, piercing tools, and trimming tools for automotive sheet metal applications. First OEM tooling projects completed and delivered.
Bridge Type VMC Installed — CNC Capability Expanded
A Bridge Type VMC with 2000 × 1200 × 750 mm axis travel was installed, significantly expanding GOALTECH’s ability to machine large die base plates, bolster plates, and fixture structures in single setups. CNC machining services opened to external clients and tool rooms
Wire Cut EDM Facility Established
Two Wire Cut EDM machines — the AQ325L (400 × 600 × 500 mm) and Sodick Wire Cut EDM (320 × 250 × 300 mm) — were commissioned. This milestone enabled GOALTECH to cut hardened D2, H13, and HSS tool steel profiles in-house, eliminating outsourcing and shortening press tool lead times. Progressive die manufacturing capability added.
Jigs, Fixtures & Robot Welding Fixtures Added
GOALTECH launched jigs & fixtures and robot welding fixture manufacturing services. Multi-stage robot welding fixtures — covering Stage 1 through Stage 3 welding sequences — were designed and delivered for automotive structural assembly applications. Panel checker production for sheet metal stamping inspection commenced.
Full Operational Capacity — Company Profile Published
The 10,000 sq. ft. facility at Ambattur Industrial Estate reached full operational capacity across all six service lines. The GOALTECH company profile was published, documenting the complete equipment list and service capabilities. Website launched to serve a growing base of automotive OEM and tier supplier clients.
Expanded Client Base Across Tamil Nadu
GOALTECH’s client base grew to include OEM and tier-1 suppliers across Tamil Nadu and South India. All six manufacturing services — press tools, progressive dies, jigs & fixtures, CNC machining, Wire Cut EDM, and robot welding fixtures — operating at consistent production volumes with full in-house tooling workflow.
We work internationally, leveraging our expertise in more than 20 countries by working from our offices in Florida (FL), Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
